David spent his career building enterprise software startups. He founded Board++ to fix two things—the alarming state of diversity on startup boards and the difficulties experienced by underrepresented groups seeking board seats.
David advises early stage companies and mentors startups and rising executives. He founded and leads the Princeton chapter of Startup Grind and serves on the Startup Grind Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Juliet is a writer and strategic communicator based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Juliet joined the Board++ team in September 2020 to raise awareness for the Board++ mission and address the lack of diversity and inclusion in the startup world.
Juliet is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and specializes in social media, community outreach, campaign planning and influencer marketing.
